What it does
Progate teaches programming through illustrated slides, ordered lessons and code written in the browser.
The illustrated slides let you return to an explanation before writing code and checking the result in the browser, without preparing a local environment. Start with an introductory web topic to see a visible result while learning syntax. The Japanese homepage offers free registration and paid Plus and Pro plans with different course scopes.
