What it does
Proko publishes instructional art videos and courses, with discussions and access to a community of artists and instructors.
Proko combines art instruction with places to discuss it. Choose a lesson or course for the skill you are practicing, then use the discussion route when you need to formulate a question about the technique. Its official introduction emphasizes instructional videos and contact with other artists, making it useful for learners who want teaching alongside an art community.
Proko recommends Drawing Basics for beginners; its free Library lessons can help you sample the teaching first. Premium courses are individual purchases rather than an all-course membership, and their extras differ by course. Use the level labels to separate a fundamentals course from intermediate or advanced anatomy before choosing your next study project.
Best for
- Beginning artists learning drawing fundamentals
- Artists studying figure drawing, perspective or anatomy
