What it does
ProxiedMail creates proxy email addresses that forward to an existing inbox. It documents custom domains, replies, new-message initiation and API/webhook workflows.
ProxiedMail forwards aliases to an existing inbox and supports replies through that inbox. Its Contacts feature provides a route for starting a conversation from an alias; the paid Plus plan explicitly includes outbound sending.
The current Personal free offer lists up to 10 proxy addresses, one real destination address and a limit of three unused aliases. Plus expands addresses and destinations and adds other controls. Custom domains, webhooks and an API suit domain or automation work, while changing the destination inbox can keep the public aliases in place.
Strengths
- Replies and new conversations can use a proxy address.
- Custom-domain aliases are documented.
- API and webhook integration are available.
Best for
- People who need alias forwarding plus programmatic routing
