Use Pulse’s country and infrastructure views when the question is broader than one server or connection. The Internet Resilience Index lets you select a country and compare infrastructure, market readiness, performance and security, with CSV data available. Its score is a weighted composite, so a change can reflect an indicator’s movement or other countries’ relative performance. Keep the dataset’s period with the comparison rather than reading it as a live outage measurement. Shutdown, IXP and technology views provide other context with their own sources. Programmatic access requires an account and API key; a public report and authenticated data access have different workflows.
