What it does

Qandle combines HR records and employee lifecycle tools. Onboarding uses role-specific checklists, while an approved resignation can trigger offboarding tasks for several departments.

Define a Qandle onboarding checklist for each role, including its documents, pre-arrival information and assigned tasks. The progress dashboard shows unfinished items and document status, so the team can follow up on missing work.

An approved resignation starts an offboarding checklist for HR, IT, finance and administration. Assigned owners receive updates as the handover progresses. Asset-return reminders and stored exit-interview notes help teams coordinate the departure; check the recorded outcomes before closing their tasks.

Request a price for your selected modules. Qandle bills for at least fifty users on every plan and charges separately for implementation according to users and modules. You can change the module selection, but unused annual subscription credit is not refunded when you cancel. A no-card trial is advertised without a stated duration.

To reach your organization's workspace, enter its company name on the portal lookup page. Qandle accounts can use company authentication through Google or Microsoft.
