What it does
Qianji is a Chinese personal finance app for income, expenses, transfers and reimbursements. Basic bookkeeping is free. Membership adds budgets, multiple ledgers and shared household records, with apps for phones and desktop computers.
Decide what belongs in each total
A chosen month start and custom categories shape the spending reports. Entry controls decide whether a transaction contributes to income, expenses or the budget. Monthly and annual budgets can cover the whole ledger or individual categories.
Sharing and account limits
Membership adds multiple ledgers, shared bookkeeping, receipt attachments and export filters for dates, ledgers and transaction types. Only the shared ledger’s creator needs membership; other participants do not.
You can make basic entries without registering. An account is needed for cloud sync, custom categories, asset management and statistics. The same account synchronizes records across supported devices.
Strengths
- Controls for including entries in budget totals
- Only the shared-ledger creator needs paid membership
Watch out for
- Budgets, multiple ledgers and shared bookkeeping require membership
- Without an account, custom categories, assets and statistics are unavailable
Best for
- Chinese readers organizing personal and shared household records
