What it does
Network Signal Guru is an Android-oriented mobile-network tool for service-quality troubleshooting, RF optimization and cellular engineering work.
Network Signal Guru displays cellular measurements and protocol layers on a supported Android phone, with recording for later analysis and controls such as band locking. It is intended for RF and mobile-network fieldwork. Device access is a prerequisite: the developer says Qualcomm and MediaTek devices need root, Huawei Kirin favors a custom ROM, and Samsung Exynos variants need a Samsung-issued token; Pixel 6 testing also needs root. Those requirements prevent treating a chipset name as universal handset compatibility. The manual describes some free functions and paid Ultimate access. Confirm the required logging or control function for the particular device and license.
