What it does
Quantum Metric combines session replay, journey analysis, heatmaps, segments and monitoring. Its platform connects observed interaction problems with measures used to prioritize and evaluate changes.
Use Segment Builder to combine conditions with AND, OR, THEN and WHERE logic. A sequence can focus on people who reached checkout and then encountered a particular event. Apply the resulting segment to another data view or create a funnel directly from it. User-based analysis extends the investigation across several sessions.
Enterprise pricing is quoted for the digital properties, session volume, add-ons and services you need. Agreements include implementation, account setup and training. Session allowances are contractual, but Quantum Metric says it continues collecting and displaying data if the allowance is exceeded, then works with the customer on capacity.
Some AI features have consumption limits. If your organization needs a package without AI tools, the pricing FAQ says the sales team can arrange one. Data streaming, external-data enrichment and contact-center capabilities are listed as add-ons.
