What it does
QuestionPro provides survey creation, distribution and response analysis for customer, employee and market research. Its logic options can carry earlier answers into later questions or choose a different route. A free Essentials account includes one user, 30 question types and 200 responses per survey.
Follow up on the answers someone gave
QuestionPro's Piping inserts response text into a later question. Extraction uses selected options to build the choices in a subsequent question. For example, a product survey can ask which items someone uses, then ask follow-ups only about those items. Other controls include randomization, scores and quotas. Availability depends on the plan.

| Essentials | Free | One user, 200 responses per survey |
| Advanced | $99/user/month, billed annually | One user, 25,000 responses/year |
| Team Edition | $83/user/month, billed annually | At least five users, 100,000 responses/year |
| Research Suite | Quote | Custom response pricing and research tools |
Use GET STARTED for Essentials. Advanced has a separate 10-day trial. Team Edition's lower per-user rate comes with a five-user minimum, so it should not be read as a cheaper single-user subscription. Research Suite adds methods such as conjoint, MaxDiff and A/B testing.
