What it does

Quform is ThemeCatcher's WordPress form-builder plugin. It supports multi-page forms, stored entries and conditional elements, with its plugin license sold through the vendor's linked marketplace.

Install the purchased plugin ZIP through Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin in WordPress admin. In Forms > Add New, name the form and add elements by clicking or dragging their icons. The cog opens an element's settings; the tick marks it required.

Add a Submit element to every page of a multi-page form. It provides Next before the final page, Submit on the final page and Back after the first. Styling inherits from Edit Form > Settings > Style > Buttons, unless that element overrides it. The builder label is internal; button-text settings control what visitors read. Conditional rules can show or hide the element when all or any conditions match.

To display the saved form, add a Quform block to a WordPress page, select the form in the block settings and save the page. Deleting an existing form element prevents its previously submitted data from appearing in the entry view.

The core plugin uses a one-time licence. Regular covers one website or project; Extended is required when users pay to use the end product. Both include unlimited forms, future updates and six months of support. Client websites need separate licences.

The optional Quform AI assistant uses prepaid credit packages and requires the core plugin. Packages do not renew automatically. Its edits remain unsaved until you press Quform's own Save button.

Strengths

  • Navigation buttons can inherit form styles or use per-element overrides.
  • Forms can be inserted with a WordPress block or shortcode.

Watch out for

  • A Regular licence covers one project, with six months of included support.
  • Deleting an element hides its earlier submitted values from the entry view.

Best for

  • WordPress site owners building and styling multi-page forms
