What it does

Quill Forms creates conversational questionnaires, quizzes and calculated forms. It offers a hosted Studio and a WordPress plugin, with jump logic that moves respondents to another question or ending.

Select the deciding question in Quill Forms and open Logic > Jump Logic. Add the answer condition and destination, including an otherwise route. The visual map shows how branches connect. Preview the intended routes and the default before sharing. A jump chooses the next question or ending; it does not merely hide a field on the current page.

Studio is hosted: create an account, build and share a link or embed the form. The WordPress plugin runs inside your site and stores entries in its database. Its free version includes conversational questions, themes, custom CSS and email notifications. Jump logic is free in Studio but requires a paid WordPress licence.

Compare the editions

Plan Studio responses per month Paid WordPress site coverage
Free 50 Free plugin; premium logic excluded
Basic 500 1 site
Plus 5,000 5 sites
Enterprise 20,000 Unlimited sites

Studio allows unlimited forms. Basic adds a custom subdomain, integrations and PDF entry export; Plus adds payments. Paid Studio offers monthly or annual billing, while WordPress licences renew annually. WordPress response storage has no product-imposed response quota, although the site's own hosting must handle the data.

  • Hosted Studio and a WordPress plugin offer different deployment choices

Watch out for

  • Jump logic is included in free Studio but requires a paid WordPress plan
