What it does
QuPath is bioimage analysis software for visualizing, annotating and analyzing complex images, with Windows, Mac and Linux releases.
Create a project in a new empty folder for a related image set: QuPath 0.7 manages that folder and may overwrite its files. On import, choose the reader, image type and orientation; rotation does not rewrite source pixels. Projects usually hold annotations and associated data plus image paths, rather than the images themselves. Keep source files with project data when transferring work, and repair paths after moving them. Removing an image entry can also delete its annotations when that option is selected.
