Choose the topic and date range before comparing a Radar trend with an outage report. Its traffic and DNS views draw on Cloudflare’s network and aggregated resolver data, while the routing section also uses RIPE RIS and RouteViews. That mix gives useful context but is not a census of every Internet path or a direct test from a visitor’s device. Copy links or widget citations help retain the scope and date. Reuse terms differ: downloadable graphs and images are generally CC BY 4.0, while API and direct-download data are generally CC BY-NC 4.0 unless otherwise indicated.
