What it does
Rainbow Plant Life is Nisha Vora's vegan cooking publication. Its recipes include beans, lentils, tofu, soups, noodles and breakfasts, with ingredient-preparation guides. An optional paid meal-planning service adds customizable weekly plans and exclusive recipes.
The tempeh guide is a useful example of how to use the publication when one ingredient is unfamiliar. Read the preparation reference first, then choose a recipe that uses it. This can be more practical than buying an ingredient for one dish and leaving the remainder unused.
The optional meal-planning subscription connects recipes with prep steps and categorized grocery lists. Recipes can be swapped, rescheduled or scaled, with the grocery list adjusting to portion changes. Downloading is limited to one customized meal plan each week; saved downloads can be kept, but old plans cannot be downloaded again after a subscription expires. The public recipe archive remains the direct route when you want to choose an individual dish.
