What it does
Rankability combines agency client management, topic research, content creation, audits, backlink research and search tracking. Its shared workspace includes an AI assistant, client reports and connections to custom applications or external AI assistants.
Unlimited clients and teammates share finite delivery allowances in Rankability. Creating another workspace does not add content projects, audits or tracking capacity. Select the reports and content each client needs before dividing the allowance.

Annual billing is also available. The seven-day trial requires a card and starts the selected monthly subscription automatically unless cancelled in Billing.
For a content refresh, create a client project around one existing page. Research, brief, outline, an AI-assisted revision, optimization guidance and export belong to that project. Two AI revisions are included; manual editing and exporting saved work do not consume another project. A usable draft can consume usage even if a later optimization step fails, so inspect the saved result before retrying.
Share through the client portal or a revocable report link. Check the property connection, dates and available history when a metric is absent. Earlier subscriptions retain their purchased allowances; Billing shows the specific account's terms. API integrations and connections to AI assistants use the same shared allowances as the app.
