What it does
Raven Tools combines a site auditor, rank monitoring, keyword and backlink research, link management and marketing reports. Reports can incorporate notes and data from connected sources.
Raven's Site Auditor organizes issues by severity and turns them into a checklist. Completed fixes can be marked off, while later comparisons show the site's changing condition. Reports can combine the audit with ranking data, connected marketing accounts and explanatory notes.
Small Biz includes two campaigns, two users, 50,000 monthly page crawls and 1,500 position checks. Start raises these to 20 campaigns, four users, 400,000 crawls and 15,000 checks. Automated client reports are unlimited, but the data collected for them still has separate allowances.
Every account begins with a seven-day trial. Entering card details to upgrade starts paid access immediately. On cancellation, Raven retains the data for 30 days and then deletes it, so download any reports you need to keep.
The backlink tools draw on Majestic and Moz data, and reports can be shared as web pages or PDFs.
