What it does
RawDigger examines camera RAW data through histograms, rectangular selections and overexposure or underexposure indicators.
RawDigger examines the RAW values before a converter develops them. Inspect the full-image or selected-area histogram and clipping by channel, then export the histogram as CSV for analysis or PNG for presentation. The edition matters for larger measurement jobs: the current comparison reserves TIFF export and multiple sampled areas with CSV/CGATS tables for Research and Profile, with filtered data export and selection grids in Profile. A 30-day fully functional trial is offered. The purchased licence is OS-independent and permits two owned computers under its stated single-user terms; that is distinct from buying separate products for Mac and Windows.
Strengths
- Regional histograms and channel clipping inspection
- CSV and PNG histogram export
Watch out for
- Analysis tool without RAW conversion
