What it does

Raydium is a Solana exchange with constant-product and concentrated-liquidity pools. Its swap interface chooses routes across available pools, while liquidity providers select a pool design and position. Developers can use REST API and SDK resources for integrations.

Raydium's swap quote can use one pool, several hops or a split route. Pick the input and output tokens and enter an amount in either field; the other amount follows the quote. Inspect the route panel for each pool's fee and expected price impact before confirming.

Slippage sets the worst permitted change from the quoted output. Priority fees pay for transaction processing and do not improve the exchange rate. After signing with a Solana wallet, the interface shows the received amount and a transaction-explorer link. Keep some SOL available for network costs.

Pool trading fees differ by program. AMM v4 uses 0.25%. The current comparison lists constant-product (CPMM) pool tiers from 0.005% to 4% and concentrated-liquidity (CLMM) pool tiers from 0.01% to 4%; the selected pool determines the actual charge. A token may also impose its own transfer fee, separate from the pool fee.

For liquidity provision, CPMM supplies liquidity across the pool's price range, while CLMM positions concentrate it between selected prices. That choice changes how a position behaves as prices move. Raydium's separate program guides are useful when comparing those positions or building an integration, but an ordinary swap can be completed through the wallet interface.

Strengths

  • Route panel exposes pool fees and expected price impact
  • Input or desired output can drive the quote
  • Separate program and developer references

Watch out for

  • Pool, token-transfer and network fees can all contribute to cost
  • Concentrated-liquidity positions require price-range decisions

Best for

  • Solana wallet users comparing swap routes and liquidity-pool designs
