What it does
Raynet CRM brings contacts, deals, activities and sales documents into one workspace. Automations respond to record events with tasks, notifications or customer emails. Paid plans have a 30-day trial without a card, and the entry Start edition supports up to three users.
A renewal date or new lead can start a Raynet automation. Set the event and conditions, then choose the follow-up: notify an owner, create a calendar task or send an email. Templates include quote reminders and meeting follow-ups, while the editor supports custom rules.
Match recurring work to the allowance
| Edition | User ceiling | Included automation runs/month |
|---|---|---|
| Start | 3 | Not included |
| Professional | 100 | 50 |
| Ultimate | 1,000 | 1,000 |
Enterprise offers tailored limits. A reminder on every renewal can use many more runs than an occasional large-deal notification. Professional adds email inbox, API access and security levels; Ultimate adds a sandbox and Microsoft Entra ID SSO.
Choose Try for free to register for 30 days without a credit card. Paid subscriptions offer monthly or annual payment, and the advertised rates exclude VAT.
