What it does
RBL Bank’s corporate internet banking brings Indian business account balances, statements, collections and payments together. Companies can upload salary or vendor-payment files and choose a combined statement debit or separate debits. Digital access is free for account holders, while the account and selected transactions can carry charges.
Make a payment batch easier to reconcile
A bulk file can produce one combined debit or separate statement debits for its transactions. RBL gives that choice when preparing a batch, which matters when matching the statement to a payroll or supplier list. Bulk payments can be future-dated and do not require each recipient to be registered in advance.
Single payments follow the beneficiary-registration route. For the first 12 hours after final approval, a newly added beneficiary has an INR 25,000 limit. The dashboard's Payments > Limit Enquiry shows available daily and total corporate limits.
NEFT and RTGS bulk uploads are unavailable outside the bank's stated business hours and on holidays. Individual transfers then use reduced limits: INR 500,000 for NEFT and INR 1,000,000 for RTGS. Bulk transfers within RBL remain available through the own-account and third-party routes.
Access and account charges
Corporate internet access itself is free. As one account example, the Business Account requires an average monthly balance of INR 10,000 in metro or urban locations, or INR 5,000 in semi-urban or rural locations. Business Plus requires INR 20,000. Falling short can incur a balance-related charge.
The February 2026 Business Account tariff lists outward NEFT and RTGS as free. IMPS costs INR 2.50 up to INR 1,000, INR 5 above INR 1,000 through INR 25,000, and INR 15 for larger transfers up to INR 500,000, before tax. Card and cash-service charges are separate.
Setting up corporate access
Submit the corporate internet-banking access form, identity-verification documents and supporting business documents to a branch or relationship manager. After processing, RBL issues login details and users set their passwords online.
Transaction rights follow the submitted board resolution and account-opening instructions. The registered mobile number and email address must be current for verification codes and account communication.
