What it does
RCBC Pulz manages Philippine bank accounts, bill payments and transfers. Saved billers, recurring schedules and transaction history help with repeated household payments. New individual customers aged 18 or older can apply online for Digital Savings, which has no required average daily balance.
A biller does not have to be saved first
Enter a biller’s details for a single payment, or save the biller in Favorites for reuse. Pulz supports immediate, future-dated and recurring bills. Recurrence can be daily, weekly, twice monthly, monthly or quarterly.
Create a future or recurring instruction at least one day before it starts. Cancellation also needs at least one day’s notice. Successful payments produce a reference number, transaction-history entry and SMS and email confirmation. The bill-payment ceiling is PHP 500,000 per transaction.
For transfers, the published Pulz fees are PHP 25 through InstaPay and PHP 10 through PESONet. These are different payment routes, so the fee depends on which you choose.
Applying for Digital Savings
This account is only for new individual customers aged at least 18 who have no existing RCBC customer record. Apply through Pulz or personal online banking using your details, a supported ID and a selfie.
No ongoing average daily balance is required. Fund the account with at least PHP 100 within 180 days to avoid automatic closure. Before full verification, only transfers, bill payments and load purchases are available. A debit card is optional and collected from a branch; branch withdrawals require lifting the account’s over-the-counter restriction.
The current published savings rate is 0.125% annually from July 1, 2026, with a PHP 5,000 balance needed to earn interest.
For other administration, Digital Concierge accepts bank-certificate, ATM-card maintenance or replacement, and telegraphic-transfer requests.
