What it does
RGE Studio, formerly the hosted Beefree email builder, provides email and landing-page design, reusable rows, brand styles and exports. Workspaces keep brands or clients separate, with review tools on higher plans. The free Starter account includes up to ten designs and six exports per month.
Use a workspace boundary when brands need different settings, templates and export destinations. In RGE Studio, each workspace has its own styles, connectors and permissions; Business and Enterprise support multiple workspaces. An agency can give each client its own settings and destinations.
Workspace Styles establish the colours and typography inherited by new designs. Reusable rows preserve common elements, while synced rows can update designs that share the same header or footer. Edit Details holds subject lines, preheaders and UTMs before export to the sending platform. Review processes can collect comments and lock an approved design.
Choose Create your account on Starter for free access with up to ten designs and six monthly exports. The paid options add different production controls:
| Plan | Useful distinction |
|---|---|
| Professional | Unlimited project folders and reusable blocks, with one additional seat |
| Business | Two workspaces, built-in approvals and a QA assistant |
| Enterprise | Multi-step approvals, advanced user restrictions and Okta sign-on |
Paid subscriptions offer monthly or annual billing. The site also offers a 15-day trial, separate from the continuing Starter plan.
