What it does
Rebilly combines payment routing, subscription plans and invoicing in a merchant dashboard. A business can connect its payment gateway and use hosted forms, FramePay or an application interface for checkout. Basic and Pro have a 30-day trial, followed by monthly platform and collected-revenue charges.
Build the billing setup
After creating an account, choose Sandbox or Live. Sandbox includes a test gateway. Live use needs credentials for a payment gateway account, entered under Settings > Gateway accounts. Give the connection an identifiable name, select its payment methods and save it.
Create a product, then its pricing plan. Recurring settings define the billing interval and, if needed, a limited number of payments. Trials and setup fees have separate controls. An order can then collect payment and produce an invoice. Sandbox data and settings do not carry into Live, so the live gateway and checkout configuration must be created separately.
Rebilly pricing
| Plan | Base charge | Gateway accounts |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | USD 15 per month | 1 |
| Pro | USD 125 per month | Up to 10 |
| Enterprise | Quoted | Unlimited |
Basic and Pro also charge 1% of successfully collected revenue. Pro offers volume discounts. Each attempted 3D Secure authentication costs USD 0.05. These are Rebilly's charges; a connected processor has its own commercial arrangement.
The 30-day trial needs no card. Developers can request a permanent sandbox for integration work. The Pro tier includes the full Rules Engine for workflow automation, while Basic has standard automations.
