What it does

Tellent Recruitee combines careers pages, applicant pipelines, evaluations, messages and hiring analytics. A reusable pipeline can trigger emails, tasks or feedback requests as candidates move through stages. Plans are quoted by company and package, with a one-year minimum contract even when payments are monthly.

Recruitee's pipeline can turn a working hiring process into a reusable template. Define the stages and evaluations for one role, then reuse that structure when the same kind of vacancy opens again. The board supports drag-and-drop candidate movement and can collapse stages for a broader view.

Stage changes can trigger an email, feedback request, tag, task or transfer into the talent pool. Candidate filters include location, tags, scores and custom fields; frequently used combinations can be saved.

Which package fits the hiring process?

Plan Main distinction
Start Up to five active jobs and a single-page careers site
Advance Unlimited active jobs, workflow automation and a multilingual careers site
Optimize Adds conditional workflows, requisition approvals and company single sign-on

The subscription depends on employee count and package. Contracts have a one-year minimum; paying monthly does not remove that commitment. A no-card trial is available through the company-account form, which asks for the organization, contact details and a password.

Strengths

  • Reusable pipelines can trigger specific follow-up actions at stage changes
  • Saved candidate filters support repeated searches by tags, scores or custom fields

Watch out for

  • Start is limited to five active jobs
  • Monthly payments still carry a one-year minimum contract

Best for

  • Hiring teams sharing structured candidate review
