What it does
Recruiterflow joins applicant tracking, client relationship management, outreach and reporting for recruitment agencies. Its Recipes turn changes in jobs and other records into tasks, messages or updates. Administrators control access through built-in or custom user roles.
In Job Advanced Search, set a Last Activity threshold and save the search. Create a Recipe using the job entering/leaving saved-search trigger, select that search and add a task action with an owner, due date and reminder. Save the recipe. Entry into the results triggers it once; leaving and re-entering can trigger it again. For email actions, Job Contact targets people attached to that vacancy, not every contact at the company.
Subscription and setup
The Platform plan combines applicant and client records, sequences, automation and reporting. AIRA adds AI agents for notes, matching, field updates and other recruitment work, with a custom quote. Both are paid plans; pricing offers monthly and annual terms.
You can import spreadsheets yourself without a migration fee. Assisted database migration is separately charged according to volume, with possible fee waivers on multi-year contracts.
Admins add colleagues in Workspace Settings under Users, choose a role and send an invitation. The recipient can use a matching Google or Microsoft work account, or set an email password.
