What it does
RecurPost combines content libraries, scheduling, evergreen recycling, approvals and a social inbox. Teams can tailor posts for each network and give the same person different roles by client workspace. You can evaluate the paid plans for 14 days before adding a card.
RecurPost gives a person a separate role in each client workspace. The owner can start with Contributor, Writer, Editor or Publisher and adjust the permissions. A writer can draft for one client while publishing for another under the same login. The default Writer can edit colleagues' posts but cannot schedule or publish; the owner can change that boundary.
Prepare the original post, customize the supported fields for each network and collect the required approvals. Facebook Groups use a mobile push notification for publication. A staff member without publishing permission sees New Idea in the Share a post menu, sending the draft into review instead of putting it on the schedule.

Prices exclude tax; annual billing is available. Personal adds platform-specific customization, while Agency adds client workspaces, approvals and branded reports. Extra accounts cost USD 4 monthly and teammates USD 20 monthly. Storage beyond the included capacity is charged automatically.
X posts containing links and X analytics fetches draw from a separate X Wallet. Its prepaid credits do not expire.
Register with your name, email and password. No card is requested for the two-week evaluation. RecurPost has no lasting free plan. Without choosing a paid plan, the account pauses when the trial ends and is not charged automatically.
