What it does

Reddibee is a read-only MCP server that lets AI agents search Reddit, X, Hacker News and Product Hunt for demand signals. Ask your agent a question and it returns cited threads classified as asks, complaints or alternatives. It works with MCP clients such as Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor and Codex.

Reddibee connects to an MCP-compatible agent and answers questions about what people are saying on Reddit, X, Hacker News and Product Hunt. Every returned item carries a permalink, and threads are tagged as asks-for-tool, describes-problem, complains-about-product or asks-for-alternative. One tool call counts as one request no matter how many items come back, and the free plan allows 10 requests a day with no card. Paid plans start at $9 per month for 100 requests a day. The service is read-only: it never posts, votes, replies or DMs, and it reads public posts through official APIs. Watches and alerts, which check Reddit, X and Hacker News every 15 minutes, are part of the Pro plan. You need an MCP-capable agent to use it, and you create an account to mint an API key. Check that the four sources and the classification fit your niche before relying on the output.
