What it does

RedTrack combines advertising attribution, conversion collection, cost and revenue synchronization, reporting and campaign controls. It serves affiliate, lead-generation and ecommerce workflows, with a limited free ecommerce Relay offer and broader paid plans.

Relay covers one store and one user, with server-side conversion delivery and order synchronization. It remains free without a card or expiry. Its UTM-based last-click attribution does not include customer journeys, cohorts, lifetime-value or product reports.

RedTrack's paid offers separate affiliate traffic volume from ecommerce store access:

Affiliate plan Monthly events Included users
Solo 5 million 1
Team 20 million 5
Enterprise 75 million 15
Custom 100 million or more 25 or more
Ecommerce plan Stores Users
Relay 1 1
Brand 3 included; additional stores cost extra Unlimited
Agency Unlimited Unlimited

Paid ecommerce fees depend on tracked revenue. The paid platform has a 14-day trial and API access for custom connections. Event overages add charges; sustained excess usage can move an account to the matching plan in the following billing period.

For click-level tracking, RedTrack assigns an identifier to the initial click, passes it to the store, offer or CRM, and matches the returned conversion through a postback or integration. Direct tracking uses a landing-page script; redirect tracking sends visitors through an intermediate tracking link. A purchase returned with the original click identifier can then be connected to its source, campaign and ad.

An account is required. Agencies running campaigns in their own account use the Agency arrangement. Client Center instead connects independently owned client accounts into one view. Clients retain their data and billing, and RedTrack reviews requests for Client Center access.

Strengths

  • Supports both direct-script and redirect tracking with returned conversion identifiers.
  • Separates agency-owned campaign accounts from independently billed client accounts.

Watch out for

  • Free Relay is restricted to UTM last-click attribution and omits deeper analytical reports.
  • Event overages add charges and sustained excess usage can change the following plan.

Best for

  • Performance marketers connecting ad clicks, store or CRM events and campaign costs
