What it does
ReferralCandy helps ecommerce stores reward customers and affiliates for referred purchases. It tracks the resulting orders, applies reward conditions and supports cash or store-credit incentives. Merchants need an account; a seven-day trial is followed by a subscription with a separate success fee.
Open Purchases & Referrals, find the order and select its ID while the review period is running. Delete purchase handles a return or cancellation. Disqualify referral blocks rewards for every purchase between that friend and advocate; on Shopify, those purchases remain linked and cannot be reassigned.
Refund detection depends on the store connection. Merchant deletion and disqualification stop when review ends, and later backend corrections do not recall issued rewards.
For a cash campaign, eligibility and payment are separate checks: confirm the reward conditions, review status and funding. Self-managed payments are an affiliate-campaign option: export pending payouts, pay externally, then upload the updated CSV. Pending cash payouts block changing the campaign's payout method.
Shopify-listed charges are in USD per 30 days, plus the success fee:

All plans include the core features; Enterprise adds dedicated onboarding and an account manager. The success fee covers the first three referred purchases per new customer and is separate from reward eligibility. A purchase can incur that fee without earning the advocate a reward. Continuing after the trial starts billing automatically, even when a campaign is paused or stopped.
