What it does
Reform builds lead-generation forms with branding controls, response destinations and integrations. Its Free account is for building private drafts only; live publishing requires a paid plan. Pro adds conditional logic, uploads, saved drafts and access to incomplete responses.
Build privately, then choose a publishing plan
Reform lets you prepare a form without a card, but its Free plan cannot publish, embed or share a live form. It also excludes integrations. This makes it a way to inspect the builder before deciding whether to pay.
Basic adds public forms, unlimited responses, branding removal, custom thank-you pages and redirects. Google Sheets, Notion and Zapier are among its basic connections. A small sales team can use these to move new enquiries into the place where follow-up happens.
Pro adds team access, file-upload blocks, conditional outcomes, custom code and webhooks. Respondents can save a draft and return through an email link; staff can see answers captured before completion.
The separate 14-day Pro trial requires a card. Register through Get Started, then select the access you need. Monthly and annual subscriptions are available; the private Free builder should not be mistaken for free live lead collection.
