What it does

Refrens combines bookkeeping, invoices, purchases and inventory. Sales and purchases update the books, while reporting, bank reconciliation, audit trails and approval workflows support accounting work.

Refrens connects a sale or purchase to the accounts and inventory behind it. Payment records and reminders help follow unpaid invoices, while ageing reports show which customers or suppliers have outstanding balances. Approval workflows give teams a review step before documents move forward.

The plan matters if you need full bookkeeping. Lite handles billing, expenses and basic stock management; Pro adds manual journals, a chart of accounts, bank reconciliation and financial statements.

Plan Published annual price in India, before GST Included scope
Lite INR 8,900 Two users and two warehouses
Plus INR 16,900 Three users; e-invoices and GST reports
Pro INR 30,900 Five users; full accounting and five warehouses
Enterprise INR 44,900 Multiple approval stages and vendor approval workflows

Each subscription covers one business. Extra users cost INR 1,500 per year. Create an account to use the cloud application; the Premium trial requires no card or payment details. Annual-plan cancellations qualify for a full refund within the first seven days.

Strengths

  • Invoices, purchases and stock movements feed the same accounting records
  • Pro combines receivable ageing, bank reconciliation and financial statements
  • Approval controls expand from one workflow on Lite to multiple stages on Enterprise

Watch out for

  • Full bookkeeping starts at Pro; Lite and Plus have a narrower accounting scope
  • A subscription covers one business, with extra users charged separately

Best for

  • Indian trading and service businesses that need sales, inventory and bookkeeping together
