What it does
RegexMagic generates regular expressions from sample text and chosen pattern requirements, including numbers, dates and email addresses.
Supply examples of the text you want to match, then mark the sections that belong to different patterns. Configure how loose or strict each pattern should be and select the destination regex flavor. RegexMagic generates the expression and can produce language-specific snippets to copy into the target program. Check both wanted and unwanted examples before applying the rule to a larger dataset. The fully functional evaluation provides seven days of actual use, rather than necessarily seven consecutive days, and excludes forum access. Licensed downloads provide the newest version covered by the licence.
