What it does

Rejoiner combines email, text, subscriber capture and automated customer journeys for online stores. Its visual editor supports audience branches, actions and tests, while optional services provide strategy or campaign production. The platform is a monthly subscription based on active contacts, with unlimited email sends.

Pausing a Rejoiner journey presents a choice: let current participants finish their remaining nodes or exit them immediately. Use the first when a scheduled series should conclude for its existing audience; use the second when continuing that sequence is no longer appropriate. The choice concerns people already inside the journey, not only new entrants.

A live journey permits minor audience-filter and email-node edits. Larger structural changes are handled by cloning a draft version, editing it and deciding how to transition existing participants when it becomes active. The old version then becomes archived. Purchase is a default conversion exit, which can also be changed when a post-purchase sequence should continue.

The platform subscription is based on active contacts and includes unlimited email sends. Strategy and fully managed creative services are optional additional packages, while text messages and physical postcards have their own usage charges. You can run the software with your own team, add strategy advice, or pay for the vendor to manage campaign creative and deployment.

The pricing calculator starts at a tier of up to 1,000 active contacts, with no long-term contract. Schedule your FREE session books a sales or strategy conversation; existing customers sign into the application with an email and password.

Strengths

  • Pause controls distinguish finishing existing sequences from immediate exits
  • Draft clones support structural revisions without editing the active version directly

Watch out for

  • Substantial live-journey structure changes require a new version
  • Professional services, SMS and postcards add separate costs

Best for

  • Commerce lifecycle teams managing sequence changes and customer transitions deliberately
