What it does
Remarkety connects store and browsing data with email and SMS campaigns. It uses purchase history, customer tags and campaign activity to build audiences, recommend products and add customer-specific coupons. Register to try Remarkety for 14 days; a credit card is not requested.
Choose the audience before setting the incentive in Remarkety. A merchant can combine purchase history, site activity and customer tags to distinguish a recently active buyer from someone whose earlier purchase is now distant. Recommendations then use that customer's purchase history rather than placing the same product selection in every message.
Dynamic coupons are generated through the connected commerce platform and assigned to individual customers. The workflow is to define the segment, choose the intended audience and set the coupon value. That is useful for a replenishment or win-back offer whose terms should be tied to a particular customer, while keeping the store's coupon system involved.
Email access uses paid monthly plans, with contact volume part of the price calculation. SMS is separately metered and its rate depends on destination country. The no-card trial lasts 14 days. Higher-level support and custom integrations depend on the selected package.
Registration asks for a business email, password, website and phone number.
