What it does

ReportGarden connects marketing platforms to customizable dashboards and reports. It supports data blending, custom metrics, branded client portals and scheduled PDF delivery for agencies and internal teams.

ReportGarden organizes marketing reports under clients. A client's setup includes its currency, timezone, account manager and logo. Link the relevant advertising or analytical accounts to that client; the report builder only offers accounts linked there.

To create a report, choose Reporting, enter its name and template, and select the account and client. Choose the time period and save, then drag widgets into the report. The result can be downloaded or sent as PDF or Excel, published in the client portal or saved as a reusable template.

Plan Client capacity Selected scope
Standard 5 All integrations, unlimited reports and dashboards, custom metrics
Professional 10 Adds premium templates and dedicated onboarding
Custom Agreed scope Custom integrations and managed services

A 14-day trial needs no card. Source usage still matters: a Google Ads account, Facebook ad account and Facebook Page count separately when used in reports. The unlimited-report offer is subject to fair-use terms.

Team members use their own ReportGarden access. Its optional connector for AI assistants also authenticates through that login and can only reach the clients and reports already visible to the user.

Strengths

  • Combines several marketing channels with custom metrics and widgets.
  • Supports scheduled branded reports and client portals.

Watch out for

  • Client limits and source usage still apply alongside unlimited reports.
  • Separate accounts and profiles count as separate data sources when used.

Best for

  • Agencies maintaining repeatable multi-channel client reporting
