What it does

Repsly manages retail accounts, field visits, forms and execution reporting. Form rules control which representatives, places and scheduled visits can use an audit. Packages distinguish basic field execution, ordering, custom reporting and retail-service work, with separate integration and specialist add-ons.

Open a Form Template and its Rule Builder to review who can use it. The March 2026 migration moved older visibility settings into rules. Within Visible by Representatives, selected people and attribute filters must both match. Teams use OR within their rule, while different rule types combine with AND. A selected rep therefore still needs to meet place and date restrictions.

A form for one scheduled visit

Choose the scheduled-visit rule and attach the form explicitly as a task to an active scheduled visit. It then disappears from general place lists and Frequent Tasks. If a Date Rule also applies, the visit must fall within that range.

Strengths

  • Form visibility rules can combine representative, team and place conditions
  • Forms can be restricted to explicitly assigned scheduled visits

Watch out for

  • A scheduled-visit-only form is hidden unless it is attached to a qualifying visit

Best for

  • Retail field managers assigning different audits to specific teams, places and visits
