What it does
Repzo manages field customers, sales activities, routes and orders. Visit targets combine a customer's product lines and classifications with the representative's assignments. Paid subscriptions are collected in advance and renew automatically, with customer-specific targets available for exceptions to the general visit frequency.
Repzo frequency planning starts with a product line and a customer's class within that line. One customer can have several lines with different classes. Assign the representative the relevant lines, then set a target frequency for each line-and-class combination.
For example, class A accounts on a line might need four monthly visits and class B three. A client-specific exception can change one customer's target without changing every account in that class.
Presales orders use a separate control: Sales MSLs. Build a list from products and variants and assign it to the representative. That list determines the products shown in the mobile sales workflow.
Subscription access
Repzo charges subscriptions in advance and renews them automatically. The policy describes monthly, quarterly and annual terms. An activated account is needed, and continued SaaS use follows the selected paid arrangement. Agree the term when arranging access, since visit-frequency settings and billing periods are separate choices.
