What it does
Resizing.app provides free image resizing, cropping, optimization and conversion, with an optional Chrome extension.
Open one image, set dimensions, a single side with aspect handling, percentage or crop, then save the delivery copy. Inputs include BMP, GIF, JPEG, PNG, HEIC and TIFF; output choices are JPEG, PNG and WebP. The FAQ explicitly excludes bulk processing, despite broader unlimited-use wording. It says the browser route is free, needs no signup and does not upload images to servers. The optional Chrome extension has its own permissions and should be assessed separately.
