What it does
ReturnGO handles returns, exchanges, refunds and store credit through a branded portal. Merchants can automate approval and reserve replacement stock while a return is underway. Subscription packages differ in return allowances and operational tools.
Under Settings > Return Policy, edit a policy and open RMA Handling Process. Enable Reserve Items for Exchanges, set the reservation timeframe and restock time, then save.
The clock starts when the request is created, but inventory is reserved only after approval. One exchange draft covers the request; the longest item timeframe applies. Canceling or rejecting the request does not immediately restock it. Check the reservation status in Manage Returns and update it manually if necessary.
Plans and usage
The Shopify app publishes these USD prices; recurring and usage charges are billed every 30 days.

Pro adds item validation, packing slips and connections to inventory systems. Enterprise adds options such as multi-store plans and a dedicated account manager.
Shopify self-service plans have a 14-day trial. Returns above the selected allowance can incur charges even during that trial. An account is required, and continued access after evaluation requires a paid arrangement.
In the dashboard's account menu, open Subscription Plans to inspect the quota, excess-return rate and add-ons. Confirm reservation inclusion there: the feature guide calls it an add-on, while the pricing comparison presents it across plans.
