What it does
Returnista manages retailer returns, exchanges, store credit and warranty claims. It brings product-level return trends together with rules, shipment tracking and warehouse actions. Merchants create an account and work through setup; access is sold in recurring packages.
Product and revenue return rates help identify items worth investigating. Returnista can then apply rules to the operating flow, including tagging return orders and assigning restock locations. Damage and warranty claims can be held for manual review before a refund or exchange.
| Package | Monthly billing | Main scope |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | EUR 179/month | Store integration, exchanges, store credit and return insights |
| Professional | EUR 279/month | Adds use of your own carrier contracts and dedicated success support |
| Enterprise | Custom price | Adds custom commerce and business-intelligence connections |
Annual prepayment is offered separately. Own-carrier contracts start with Professional.
Create the Returnista account and required stores, then configure branding, add team members and try the portal in demo mode. Store settings include the public name, URL and email used in the portal and notifications. Multiple return locations can cover different countries or warehouses. An onboarding specialist helps configure the operation and check it before launch.
