What it does
Returnless manages merchant returns through forms, shipping connections and policy rules. An account is required, and live returns use a paid subscription.
Return Rules pairs a policy condition with an action. For example, a request outside the return window can be blocked automatically, while eligible requests proceed through the chosen process.
