What it does
ReturnLogic coordinates shopper returns, service-team approval and warehouse receipt. It supports refunds, exchanges, store credit and item-condition records. Merchants use an account; its Usage Based offer charges per return, while Enterprise adds quoted service options.
A shopper selects eligible items, provides primary and secondary reasons, and chooses a resolution. Optional automatic approval sends the label without waiting for an agent. When goods arrive, warehouse staff record each item's disposition, such as its condition, before processing the return. These records add context to recurring return reasons.
During setup, choose return types and windows, add the return shipping address, and complete the support information. The latter two are required before publishing settings. Test Mode keeps the return center accessible only to signed-in account users. To launch, open Settings > Returns Originate > Configure, select Go Live and add the return-center link to your website. You cannot return to Test Mode afterward.
Usage Based has per-return charges without a subscription or platform fee. Enterprise adds a dedicated success manager, support priorities and custom portal services by quote. Test returns created before launch are not billed.
