What it does
Return Prime manages returns and exchanges for Shopify stores. Merchants can restrict eligibility, collect reasons and offer refunds, replacements or store credit. A Shopify account is required to install it; a continuing free allowance covers five monthly requests, with paid plans for higher volume.
Return restrictions can use product tags, discount codes and sale periods, so final-sale items can follow different rules. Delivery status can also determine eligibility. A request may include several items, while warehouse receipt and completed-request archiving can be automated.
For exchanges, configure whether shoppers pay the price difference and whether an out-of-stock replacement is allowed. That matters when a customer wants a different size that the warehouse cannot ship immediately.
The Shopify installation offers are:
| Plan | Recurring charge in USD | Included requests | Extra request |
|---|---|---|---|
| Start | Free | 5 per month | USD 0.49 |
| Grow | From USD 19.99/month | 60 per month | USD 0.49 |
| Thrive AI | USD 79.99/month | 180 per month | USD 0.79 |
| Scale | USD 149.99/month | 450+ per month | USD 0.49 |
Charges run on a 30-day billing cycle. Paid plans offer a 15-day trial. Scale adds warehouse integrations and API access; Grow includes automatic approval and store-credit refunds.
