What it does
Rime is an open-source input-method family with selectable schemes such as pinyin, zhuyin and Cangjie, plus configurable input schemas.
Switch to the installed Rime client and choose an enabled input scheme with F4 or Ctrl plus the grave key. Candidate selection and when text is committed depend on the scheme: a phrase-stream setup may wait for punctuation or Return. Custom configuration can change selection keys, page size and punctuation. Deleting a learned phrase is different from removing a built-in entry; the documented shortcut only removes user-dictionary phrases or resets a built-in entry's frequency effect. Windows, Mac and Linux clients have different settings interfaces and system requirements.
