What it does

Ringy combines customer relationship management (CRM), calling, email and text messaging for sales teams. Lead lists and tags narrow follow-up audiences, while activity stays with the customer record. Paid access renews every thirty days, with separate balances for communication usage.

In Ringy's Campaign tab, choose a lead list and narrow it with tags and search terms before preparing a one-time email. Use Marketing for behavior-triggered email or text sequences.

Separate the subscription from usage

Each subscription payment supplies 1,000 text credits and 1,000 voice-minute credits. Unused credits and account funds carry forward. Calls and texts consume credits first, then draw from the account balance. A positive balance is still required while credits remain.

Paid access renews for another thirty days by default. Billing > My Subscription contains Auto Renew; turning it off and completing the prompts pauses or cancels renewal. Add-ons such as Power Dialer and AI Tools renew alongside the subscription.

New-user signup begins a trial with smaller communication allowances. Use Billing History's Usage tab to inspect charges by date or description, and download the CSV when reviewing the team's communication costs.

Strengths

  • Tags and lead-list filters narrow a follow-up audience
  • Usage history can be filtered and downloaded as a CSV

Watch out for

  • A positive account balance is required even when communication credits remain
  • Usage and optional add-ons can increase the subscription cost

Best for

  • Inside sales teams working lead lists through calling and timed messages
