Robert Dyas

Robert Dyas makes local stock part of its collection workflow. Choose a store on the product page, place an eligible collection order and wait for the separate ready notification before travelling. The collection message includes the order reference and code, and the FAQ requires identification. If the item is not held locally, a slower collection route or another store may be offered. Supplier-direct products and bundles are excluded from click-and-collect, so the catalogue's kitchen, garden and household ranges do not all share the same fulfilment options. This distinction is useful when planning a purchase around a nearby store.

For a bulky appliance or furniture return, contact Customer Care rather than taking it to a local store. The online return instructions allow most smaller goods back at a shop with proof of purchase, while posting them back is at your cost and collection charges may apply.
