What it does
Rydoo provides expense management and accounts-payable automation. It combines expense capture with supplier-invoice processing and connections to finance, ERP and travel systems.
A receipt and an approved expense are different stages in Rydoo. On the website, open Expenses, choose Add Expense and Upload receipts, then select the files and Create expense/s. Review the extracted fields. A claim marked To be verified still needs information; To submit is ready to send to the approver. On mobile, use the camera or Add Expenses, then Scan receipt.
An approver can accept or reject the claim. Open a rejected expense to read the reason and make corrections. A second review stage is available where configured. This gives employees a way to follow the claim while finance checks it against company policy.
Expense plans
The following euro prices are per user per month, excluding VAT. Annual prices require yearly payment.
| Plan | Annual rate | Monthly rate | Main scope |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essentials | €8 | €10 | Five-user minimum; receipt capture, mileage and one approval level |
| Pro | €10 | €12 | Five-user minimum; accounting integrations, rules and up to two approval levels |
| Business | Quote | Quote | At least 30 active users; API connections, cards and reimbursements |
| Enterprise | Quote | Quote | At least 50 active users; advanced approvals and organization integrations |
Business and Enterprise bill for active users. Accounts Payable is a separate quoted product for supplier invoices, with its own entity limits and optional purchase-order matching.
New companies can start a 14-day trial. Employees of an existing customer should ask their employer for access. Under the self-service terms, an account becomes read-only after the trial if the company does not choose a paid plan.
