What it does

Rytr is an AI relationship manager. It gathers context from connected tools such as Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Google Calendar and meeting notes into one brief. It shows who needs attention, prepares you for meetings, tracks promises you made, and drafts follow-ups in your voice. Nothing is sent without your approval. Signup is free, and a browser extension works in Gmail, Slack and LinkedIn.

The site describes two areas: Engage and Create. Engage covers daily briefings, meeting preparation, follow-ups and commitments, and relationship memory, with answers grounded in your sources. Create is an AI writing assistant for drafting, rewriting and improving text, with 40 use cases, 22 tones and 38 languages, and up to three drafts at once. Briefs also arrive by text through iMessage or SMS, with email listed as coming soon. Integrations include Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Granola and text messaging. The browser extension shows context beside Gmail, Slack and LinkedIn conversations and can edit text in any text box.
