What it does
Salesflare is a business-to-business CRM that gathers contact information and sales history from connected email and calendars. It combines company records with contacts, opportunities and reminders. Gmail and Outlook sidebars and mobile apps extend the paid service. Its trial gives you 30 days of access without collecting a credit card.
Begin with the conversations you already have
Connect your calendar under Settings > Calendar settings. Create an account, link its contacts and add an opportunity using the blue plus button. Upcoming meetings appear in task views; after a meeting, it moves into the account timeline.
Under Settings > Configure pipelines, set sales stages and their follow-up reminders. A proposal awaiting a reply can have a different reminder interval from a new enquiry. Opportunity-specific probabilities are available when a stage-wide estimate is too broad.

Billing is monthly or annual. Enterprise requires at least five users. Lead discovery uses credits, with additional packs available. The 30-day trial becomes a paid subscription if you continue.
