What it does

Sales Layer centralises product information and distributes it to commerce channels and buyer catalogues. Instant Catalogs can expose selected products and attributes in a digital catalogue, with B2B purchase-order features and product-data outputs for other formats.

An Instant Catalog can show a buyer the relevant part of a larger product range. Select the products, fields and variants for that audience. B2B catalogues can accept purchase orders, enforce minimum orders and apply fixed or zone-based charges. Product information can also feed PDF materials and an InDesign connection for branded layouts.

Package capacity

Package Users SKUs Languages Selected capabilities

Enterprise Plus Custom Custom 10 Adds company sign-on and white-label options

Monthly or annual billing is available, with technical support included. Catalogue outputs and integrations have package-specific allowances or add-ons, so include your required destinations when requesting a proposal.

Existing users sign in to the Sales Layer cloud with email and password, Google, Microsoft or their company's configured sign-on.

Strengths

  • Catalogues can select fields and products for a specific buyer audience
  • B2B catalogue options include purchase orders and minimum-order rules

Watch out for

  • Scale limits access to five users, 10,000 SKUs and one language
  • Catalogue outputs and some connectors require add-ons or larger packages

Best for

  • Manufacturers and distributors presenting shared product data to different buyers
